How can I naturally get rid of bags under the eyes?

Im turning 15 in november and...I have dark, dark, circles under my eyes. Any ideas on what I can do (this is natural) other than get enough sleep. (im going to start gettin more sleep...which is around 8-9 hours) I also decided to try drinking more water. Oh and... will 7 hours of sleep still be good enough ? or does it have to be 8
