How to deal with frizzy hair?

normaly my hair is nice an flowing ,but lately it has been ftizzy.I need major hair help .please reply to me so my hair will look good again.

maybe try an anti-frizz serum or something
I heard from my friend that herbal essences: none of your frizzness is really good!

It could be due to using straighteners/hair dryers to much?
Why don't you try leaving your conditioner in for up to an hour...and try a product like l'oreal nutri gloss serum. It gets rid of the frizz and gives your hair an amazing shine
