How do i get my rents to stop treating me like im a baby?

Ok how do I get my rents to stop treating me like im a baby? I act older than I am I mean my rents have said that. So how do I get them to let me do more things on my own and to stop treating me like im a helpless baby?

Talk to them about it. Tell them it really bothers you that they treat you that way.

Try to understand that you will always be their baby...I am married and have my own house with 3 kids and my parents still tell me what to do. The only difference is now I can hang up on them or just go home.

You are doing a great job of acting older and I'm sure that they recognize that, so sit them down and tell them what you want like an adult. If you can not agree then try to compromise with them. But remember, they will really see how adult you are when you can compromise and still get what you want, but also give them what they want as well.

Explain how you feel, while keeping in mind that the more you tell them you are mature, the less likely they are to believe it. It has to be seen not heard. Just a little advice from my own experience.
