How to get rid of arm acne?

Well, I've never had spots on my face and never had to use any of the creams and stuff but how do I get rid of the shocking acne on my arms. is it due to bad bloodflow? how do I get them to go away because it is very unattractive. PLEASE HELP ME

It could be just ingrown hairs from you arms. . . Not acne. . .

do you have it on your back ? try exfolliating your arms with some scrub ie. apricot srub. . . and those oxy scrub pads. . .

I used to have the same problem except I was made fun of and called 'rash arms' in a very mean way. I know it is ingrown hairs. I still get them. I exfoliate with a good loofa bar. Get one at a drugstore or wal-mart. They do the magic.
