How do i get rid of brown arm pitts?

I wash and scrub but they still look dirty

Darkening of skin can be a sign of diabetes or other sugar related problem. Do you have it anywhere else like the back of your neck, under your breasts, or around your pant lines? Those are the comon places it shows up. I would ask your doctor about it.
