yes, but I honestly wouldnt, you could try the removable retainers

yes it is or you can go to some sort of dentist and get either the jaw reconstructed or them pushed together...but its better to just waite a few years becasuse the gaps usually cose up or become closer together then...

I have one of those gaps (it runs in my family) and so do Elton John and Elijah Wood. I wouldn't get mine closed, but it is possible...
