Does anyone have any great salad recipes?

I'm always on the look out for great salad recipes. Eating a delicious salad is the best way I know for me to get higher quantities of vegetables in my diet. If you have any salad recipes that you've tested and really enjoyed, please let me in on the recipes!

Have you tried spaghetti salad? It's simple and a hit wherever you take it.
1 bag spagetti, cooked, drained, and chilled
1 bottle (not the small one) zesty italian dressing (I use low fat)
A few roma tomatoes (I use about 3 big ones), diced
2 large avacados, diced
little green onions, thinly sliced
mix together in a large bowl. This salad is easy to add your favorite veggies to and be creative with. Enjoy!
