Switch from butter to olive oil. Also, use olive oil in place of any other type of oil you would normally use for cooking.
Drink plenty of water. It's needed for your body to burn calories. Also, your body sometimes confuses thirst for hunger and you will feel hungry more if you aren't getting enough water.

Anyone have any good healthy recipes?
I am 27 with 2 children and I am really unhappy with the way I look. I am 5'7 and 148LB and going up...I would really appreciate some suggestions on how to get in shape and any diet tips like maybe good healthy recipes would be great. I am not to big...
yet but I want to go down in size not up anymore.
