Hi,
You're on the right track! The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.
If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.

Hi I lost nearly 4 stone with weight watchers and 6 years later I have still kept the weight off,I dont go there anymore I just do it myself at home. I do the point system so no food is banned at all and so dosunt feel like a diet just a change of lifestyle,if you want to blow your points on a burger you can.Exercise regulary as well and you should lose weight too

I just recently started to go a new gym with my boyfriend and I love it and know it will help me get into better shape. Im not over weight but I want to start looking better. my question is if anyone has had success with a diet and to help them stop...
