Why is my ankle taking so long to heal?
I sprained my ankle on the 18th of august and its still a little swollen and can be painful at times like for example when im taking off running shoes or something. Is this normal? I havnt been to a doctor at all but should i? Or will it heal on its own? A lot of people told me that itll heal on its own and that ankles just take a long long time to heal. True?
It will heal on its own, usually takes about 6 wks to heal, sometimes longer. I wud suggest seein a doc to make sure something more serious isn’t wrong
You have to wait a while when mine got sprained it took 2 months :/
