How to get rid of acne scars?

I had really bad acne a couple months ago but it has all cleared up but im left with like ugly dark acne spots that look like pimples but are smooth marks. how do I get rid of them. I have this thing called scar zone but I haven't tried it on my acne...

scars would it help or should I use something else? if so tell me what I should use..ty ^-^

I have very pale skin and after I would get a pimple, the same thing happened! I used sunscreen every morning, so the places wouldn't scar and become hyper-pigmented (when scars turn super white instead of staying red) and I used Mederma every night. You have to use it faithfully every day, or it won't work and you'll see no difference.

I use tea-tree oil under my make up each day to ward off future breakouts, but occasionally I use a fade cream once daily at night for a couple weeks--this fades all kinds of marks and it's under $5. it works for me
