Am i a bad person?

But my friend and I had a conversation prior to this happening about friends dating exes... and we both agreed that we would want to know from eachother instead of just finding out someday. So because I knew she wanted to know I didn't feel right keeping my feelings about him from her, so I told her. She told me she assumed that it would happen and once it stops feeling odd everything will be ok. Well I expected it to be odd but it feels like she is shutting me out, which is hard because we live together (I'm moving back home in 2 months). I just feel so terrible but this is the first guy I felt this way for and he is so sweet and nice he is wonderful. So did I do the right thing in telling her?

you're not a bad person. she gave up the nice guy the second she cheated on him. once she cheated she gave up any and all claims she had on him. she even said it was okay for you to be with him.

You did do the right thing by telling her, its what you agreed on plus it shows you value her friendship enough to tell her instead of her finding out when its been going on for longer.
Now you need to sit her down and speak to her again, saying you have noticed she has been acting different and to talk to you about it so its out in the open. She is prob just feeling weird about it all and doesnt want to ruin the chance you may have with him. Esp since she has already been there and done that with him. Talk to her.
