Abnormal period

I was wondering, if someone hapens to have not stoped their period and they are going on it for 2 weeks, and that normally doesn't happen, if something is wrong? or if their cycle is just off?

I'm definately not a doctor so what I tell you could be WAY off but I think this is a cause for concern.

Are you on birth control? I know that the shot makes that happen.

If you aren't on any hormonal medicines -even if you are- then I think you should see a gyno or family doctor. Sounds like you have some type of hormonal imbalance. Either they need to prescribe you something or prescribe something different. (birth control can usually regulate your periods)

if you are using birth control contraception and you havent had the regular 7day break for a while then this could quite possibly be the build up cells. However I am not a doctor and I think you should probably get it checked out, because its better to be safe than sorry.
