A recipe for a crumbly chicken pie?

I've been looking everywhere for a chicken pie recipe, but it always comes up as a pastry pie. I'm looking for a chicken pie recipe with a crumbly topping (like breadcrumbs or the same top as an apple crumble). I've not had much luck looking for it...

though. Does anyone know a good recipe for one or can anyone tell me where I can find the recipe? I've never liked pastry pies that much and it's been years since I've tried a crumbly one. If anyone can help, thanks. =o)

If you want a crumble topping, just mix equal amounts of rolled oats with flour and add just enough butter to make it all stick together. You can season the crumb topping any way you like.
