Yes, you would be to young in a lot of people views to properly raise a child..even more so if you are a runaway. If you are one I think you should go back of course if your better off were you are now, stay.

Well.. if you are a “run away” how can you even possibly handle a baby if you are running away from your problems. You need to face them, and go back home !

Yes, they definitely can.

If you’re so young and you run away, they would see you as an unfit mother for the child. Especially since there is no proper way for you to provide for the child that way or make sure that it is in a safe environment. At 13 you can’t get a job, you can’t buy a home, and you’d have no way of making sure that it would be taken care of properly.

Please, if you’re pregnant, don’t do something like that.
