wow what you said was really good about wanting to be healthy and not anerexcic
I just recently finished my diet
for breakfeast I had special k one day eggs the other and wheat bread...wheat bread makes you loose weight...and fruits...(fruits are good in the morning)
at lunch I would had salad and chicken/veggies---with any dressing--need to limit the dressing
snacks: fruits, veggies, cheese
dinner- eat lightly because you don't wna sleep on a heavy stomache
the key thing to remmeber is that its gna take time
for 2 weeks I didnt look the same
and all of sudden my body was listening to how I was treating it
I lost about 6 porunds each month
when you finish your goal dont be on a diet and dont be unhealth
limit your self
have special days that you can have sweets and others that you wil lbe healthy
dont worry if you don't see a differnece at first
stay motivated
to try to keep you motivated print pictures of celebritites or friends with nice bodys so you can see them everyday and make your self want to reach your goal

have about 8 glasses a day ...you need to have water it will be harder to loose weight

16 years old and overweight

I am 16 years old and I know I'm overweight. I'm 5'6 and 197 pounds. I know I should be around 160. It's April 8th and I want to lose roughly 30 pounds at least by June seeing as how that's swimsuit season. I don't want to be stick thin, but I want a flat tummy and toned arms/legs. I'm not going bulimic or anorexic because that's stupid. What is a good, healthy way to lose that much weight by June [even if it is the middle to end of June]? Is there a way? [And I don't want to lose weight just because I want to look better, but also because it'll make me way healthier and feel much better about myself].
