When you turn 16 you can apply through the court to be emancipated but til then you are your parents responsibility if they want you home they can call the cops and you will be listed as a runaway and you will be brought right back to their house (especially if they are a 'good' family)
The only way around it is if they give up their rights to you and sign over custody to someone else until you turn eighteen

youre still a child and it sounds like at this time you really need your mother so stay home and let them help

if she is 14 and pregnant she shouldn't be moving at all she needs all the help she can get

unless your parents are abusive or something you probably need them right now. they may seem like they dont understand or get you, but moms can be VERRRY helpful in situations like this.

A 14 year old can petition the court in many states for independence, but if you just move out without doing that, they'll consider you a 'runaway'.

well, a teacher told me they changed the to age 14, as long as their in a safe environment, and going to school. thats in Canada anyway.
