Can prenatal vitamins regulate your period?

I’m asking cuz I have my period all mouth long and is never off I been taking prenatal for a mounth or to now and I have been off my period for 5 days now is the prenatal helping my period regulat

No they dont. They are just like normal vitamins except with extra folic acid and iron for the baby. You can eat certain foods that help regulate your period. Like dark chocolate, vitamin D, protiens(cottage cheese, nuts, lean meat) Omega 3 fatty acids.. like salmon sardines.. fish. Avoid junk food
