At Gamma Foundries, we are a non-ferrous sand casting foundry with a rich history dating back to 1959. Our expertise lies in producing high-quality aluminum, copper, and stainless alloy castings for a wide range of industries. With over 90 skilled professionals on our team, we are one of Canada’s largest non-ferrous foundries, known for our ability to deliver excellence in every project we undertake.

What we Do

We specialize in manufacturing raw or fully machined sand castings at our foundry in Richmond Hill. Our multiple alloy facility allows us to produce a variety of non-ferrous alloys, including copper base alloy casting, lead-free casting, brass casting services, bronze sand casting, and aluminum sand casting. Whether you need a one-off aluminum sand casting or a large production run for brass casting, we have the capabilities to meet your requirements.

With molding options such as Hunter and Sinto automatic molding, manual, no-bake floor molding, and manual Jolt Squeeze, we can accommodate a diverse range of projects. Our 80,000-square-foot facility is equipped with state-of-the-art molding and coremaking equipment to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Additionally, we offer design advice and rapid prototype services to assist our clients in bringing their ideas to life.
