what is the fastest way to get rid of a zit?

i dont wash my face with soap or anything.. i just cleanse with water.. dont wear oily makeup.. make sure its oil free.. coverup and eyeliner and such. put your hair up when you sleep.. because the oil from your hair can clog your pores.. i used to have alot of acne i used proactiv.. then stopped and started using avon products.. and they work really well they dont dry your skin.. hope that halped
