What would this hairstyle look like on me?

I have somewhat of a round face not big but not small what it look ok if I dyed my hair dark blond and cut it like rheannas but longer...

I think you should go for it if its something you want to do and if you end up not liking it your hair will grow out and you can always redie your hair if you don't like the blonde. From what you said above I think it would look fine on you but it would be easier to tell if there was a picture.
