You might try this solution I saw online: First thing is that you need to change your phone connection type I had this same problem until my friend sorted it out.
All you need to do is go to Menu Settings USB Connection then change it to mass storage device
This means that you wont have to use that program you get with the phone, now you just have to drag and drop from your computer to your phone.

Y wont my phone connect 2 computer??
I have a LG Cookie (KP500) and when I plug the usb cable in it wont connect... It just says... Failed to Connect the mobile phone to the PC.
