Im sick of trying NOT to fit it, sick of trying to be different instead of another wrist slitting emo help

whoa whoa whoa!! there I NO NEED to slit your wrists ever. and you know that already because you are obviously doubting yourself on the whole idea. try you BEST [!!] not to cut yourself. you aren't cutting yourself yet and have wroked hard, I can tell. don't give in!! talk to your parents about what you are feeling. [hahah. yeah right??] well it's okay. not a lot of emo kids have good parent-kid relationships. try a school counsler. they are understanding will not tell your parents.

Maybe you need to change your social circle. If their lifestyle is a threat to your wellbeing than you need to find others who match your goals, lifestyle, etc. Look outside the box.

I apologize if I didn't understand your question also. I thought Maddie1414's answer was right on.

thats self harm, self harm has nothing to do with emo
self harm is self harm
and it needs help to be treated and hopefully fixed

Someone telling you not to cut yourself is not going to make you stop if cutting is how you release stress then so be it I can't tell you to stop I'd be a hypocrite to tell you that just be careful and try to talk to someone . . . My girlfriend has been that person . . . Telling someone helps a lot she's the first and only person I have told but it helps to get some of that off your shoulders

You know, when you cut, it doesn't necessarily mean that you want to kill yourself. It is like someone else said, a way to release stress... or heartbreak, etc. For me, I find it hard to talk to many others about my problems... So I find it easiest to deal with it myself by doing this.
