I wrestled for 8yrs and it is the most demanding of all sports.I like the one on one competition its just you and him out there if you make a mistake it's your fault can't blame it on somebody else like football or basketball.No greater feeling to win a match and the ref holding your arm up in victory WOW!!! what a rush.Also teaches you self discipline
