Would you date a guy who is 6 years older than you?

Ok I'm 18 so do the math.This guy is 24 years old and I'm thinking about dating him. He is a really honest, down to earth guy. I even said that I wouldn't date a guy who is over 3 years older than me. Do age really matter?

funnily enough im in the same situation
though my boyfreind is 5 years older
im 19 and hes 24
before I met him I didnt think id ever be with anyone more than 2 years older than me
and when I met him him I thought he ewas the same age
but im fine with it and age doesnt matter because I love him
he also doesnt really act his age and were both a bit immature at times so I keep forgetting hes 24
if you love him, and want to be with him, then age shouldnt matter if you can look past it
