Sometimes. You can look it up on google or something but usually you'll be sore from a kick, or your back aches, ex cetera. If your worried about being pregnant, take a pregnancy test.

My stomach hurts... and I'm not pregnant...

So it COULD hurt if you're pregnant, but it is NOT a definite sign of pregnancy.
