The worst pain I have ever had physically is I had a kidney infection (pyelonephritis) and it ended up going into sepsis(an infection in my bloodstream). To make a very long story short I thought I had a pulled muscle in my back and I didnt so I let it go for about 2 weeks. My pain was horrible it felt like someone was stabbing me all over my entire back but mostly in my kidney area.

Emotionally the most pain I have ever had is when I found out a guy that I had been with for about 3 years and was engaged to for a year had cheated on me with about 3 other women.

8 broken fingers 1 broken thumb 2 broken ribs and a hairline fracture. (all in 1 fight) thats my worst moment never mind pain. =/

Sprained two fingers playing paintball and couldnt grab or hold onto anything for a while and painkillers didn't help...Most excruciating pain I ever had and certainly had a good cry over it. happy

oooh... good question... uh... either 1. dislocating my right thumb twice in 1 minute after a real bad tackle on a bouncy castle.
2. gettin a mild concussion by breakin my mates nose accidentally by hittin him the smashin my head off of the ground
3. bein in a fight and gettin a moved rib, which I still have, a huge dint in my skull and a minor concussion, but that was all in one fight, and I still won! =P
4. havin a nail go right threw my foot/toe, didn't hit the bone tho
5. hit in the head with a golf driver on the forswing.
