Heyya Im doing my history home work does anyone know why World War One started??
Also what were the conditions the solidiers had to put up with?? thanxx x

the cause of ww1 was on june 28th 191a achduke fraz ferdinland of austria was assasinated by a serbian nationalist called gavrilo princip
the terrible conditions of trenches made everday hell for the solidiers rats,lice,disease,mud and flooding was common in the trenches with many soliders suffered from trench foot and frost bite during the winter
also the new weapons used for the time in ww1 caused horffic lost of life eg machine guns,poisons gas and tanks were used for the first time during ww1
