Windows vista wow...?

I have windows vista. I have yet to discover/uncover whats so great about it. Any help? I want to do cool stuff on my pc but what can I do differently now with windows vista?

My dad has Vista and honestly, I don't see much of a difference except that it looks pretty and it has some preinstalled widgets like a calendar and a weather widget and other stuff like that.

It's not great at all, Windows Xp is much better. I heard theres a new version of Windows coming out soon that's similar to the old one again.

I just searched What does Vista have that Windows doesn't? and all the results are really about safety and hardware in the computer, nothing really 'fun' or 'exciting' that you cant do with Windows.

You have the windows side bar which you can download widgets/gadgets for it. Networking is more noob friendly and straight forward unlike Windows XP.
