Windows live messenger (msn), how to get a new account?

My msn dosent work...I stopped using it for a year and now it wont work.
How do I create a new acount.

you don't need an acount!!
just type in your e-mail, your e-mail password, and it will sign in!!

Their Shouldnt Be Any Difference I Got Mine Along Time Ago And It Still Works And I Hardley Ever Use It Call Windows If It Dont Work
