Will wearing liquid foundation once a week still ruin my skin?

I don't wear foundation very often...will wearing my liquid foundation once or twice a week still ruin my skin or make it break out? Wearing it once a week won't hurt, will it?

Please tell me because if it does, I won't use it anymore...I'll go for...

I use liquid foundation everyday. me personally I will break out if I don't wash my face before I go to bed and in the morning.

So if you do use just make sure you wash your face. ;|

Do your face a favor and use mineral foundation only.
