Will getting my braces off hurt ?

I am getting my braces off in a weeks time, and I don't know whats going to happen or what they do, I've got train tracks

When I was a kid and got them off it didn't hurt at all - crappy thing is they weren't left on long enough so I have to get them on AGAIN in a few weeks for 2 and a half more years! Bo0o!

getting your braces off is veryyy exciting. I just got mine off a couple months ago.

From my personal experience, it didnt hurt at all. They take some type of pliers or something, grip each bracket, turn them, and then take the wire off. The only part that may hurt is when they take the glue off your teeth, depending how sensitive your teeth are.

but afterwards it feels AMAZING. your teeth will feel so big and pretty.

hey think about this...how much pain have you gone through already? you should be very excited, your going to have perfect teeth WOOO. It doesnt hurt at all, a bit uncomfortable though. The brackets are glued on your teeth they just break them off and then clean the remaining glue off your teeth. Some drilling and so on. Youll love looking at your smile, and the years of picking food out of your braces are totally worth it. perfect smiles are sexy...good luck!

I have braces! ok um when they put it on, it doesnt hurt at all. but then it starts to sore real bad. they give you wax to put on your teeth so it wont sore...but it dont help all the time. you have to get used to it and it'llprobly take like less than 2 weeks. dont wry bout it, I was excited to get braces, especially how you get to pick different colors in each appointment

omg I was sooo happy when I got my braces off. You usually cannot feel a thing. The only thing is when you get the off your teeth feel all slimy. But its just really exciting to know you have all that metal off your face.

I dont know if it hurts but I get mine off in 20 days on december 9th and I am sooo scared!!! so we are both on the same level girl. trust me!!!

I dont know how it feels to get the braces off dince I still have them but I got my braces on like 9 months ago and there was no pain getting them on but for about a week it was really bad. when I got my brace on I didnt get brackets on all of my teeth so the other day I got those on and omg terible pain and I had to get bite turbos all on the same day right now im using ambisol and it helps.

I dont know if getting my braces off will hurt because I still have them on but is getting them off tomorrow but when I got mine it didnt hurt but I reckon it will be worth it if it does hurt. lol
