Will drinking water everyday help to reduce backacne?

I have backacne but mainly I have blackheads all around my back and I'm afraid to show it off especailly in the summer so avoid wearing sleeveless tops. Also I have some on my shoulders and around my collarbone. And at times I also have acne bumps...

around it which also turns into the blackheads. But my question is do water help to get rid of the bumps or is it my diet???

I had that problem and there is a good chance your back is just out so your skin cant get rid of excess oils like it needs to.
go see a chiropractor and see what he can do first.
I know when I did after just a day I was seeing good results
and after you do go see the doc do keep tabs on yourself
use good soap and such
and yes water does help

I dont know if water will help...
but if I were you I would invest in one of those luffas on a stick. thats what my sis has for her bacne and she says it works.
also do you have long hair? because a lot of times girls hair will a little greasy and it will hang on theyre back or collarbone and the grease gives them acne. try your washing your hair more of I use this oil stuff in my hair (makes it shiny but not oily) and it kept giving me zits so I just put my hair up while it's wet so none of that gets on there.

just make sure you wash those spots regularily. good luck.

according to scientific studies, what you eat/drink doesnt really effect your acne. But, they do say that vitamin D, B6, and A helps heal or prevent the acne
