Why is this illegal?

I was just watching the Today Show,and some woman said that in a state it's illegal to get your haircut without your husband's permission,and in another state it's illegal to have ice cream in your back pocket. Anyone know why??

well first the haircut ting sounds like its illegal may in a different cuntry not state be they have different belifes about hair then we do and the ice cream thind I dont know who would put ice cream in their back pocket anyway? lol

You have to wonder why idiotic laws never get repealed. We all just laugh about them, but they really could enforce them if they wanted to.
