Why i always feel hot?

Ok I have an ambarassing problem..I dont eat much,actually I only eat junk food,chocolates and sweets and nothing more.I have been recently making myself sick and I have stop doing it nowfor a while..but my problem is that everytime I eat something,I...

feel hot.all the time after I have been eating I feel hot,sweaty all over.when I go shopping,I always do it with empty stomach because I cant eat from mornings,I only smoke,but even if there is cold outside,im still sweating and smoking makes me feel more hot and sick..am I sweating so much because im burning off colories or is it something more.//???

I suggest you try and either stop your smoking habit or at least bring it down a bit. Start trying veggies, dairy, and a lot of water. Start eating small things in the morning [ Ex - Grapefruit ]. Your body might be having a side effect from all these bad habits in your Life. Hope all goes well and hope I helped a bit. (:
