Why dose my right eye shed tears?

I was reading online a lot and im homescool I stay my the my laptop a lot but why dose my right eye tears? am I going blind or is there somthing wrong with me? should I see a doctor I would love some advice? sorry for the bad grammer I’m not good in english.

You said you’re on your laptop a lot, your eyes could just be tired because of the light and stuff from the computer.
Or, you could be tired and need rest.
