I have a little sister who did the same thing. If she is saying she will have a dream then get her a dream catcher. just look it up online it should only be about 5-10 dollars. Tell her it will take away the bad dreams. I'm not sure if it will work because it depends on what she is really worried about but it worked for my sister and I have 3 in my room.

IT seems likes shes just having some bad nighmares. I had the same problem. I never used a dreamcatches, but, I jsut rearraged my room and I found that it helps. But what really helps when I was moved I stoped having the dream all together.

im a tough sleeper, I find that if doing something like running or out somewere it uses energy so when it comes to sleeping I find it easier. Basicaly take her out places and it will wear her out :]
