Why does this guy always stare at me?

I really like this guy a lot, and he knows it, it seems like he likes me too, because he always stares at me! We don't talk to each other, the only time he says anything is when he teases me, but he just stares. He'll stare at me from far away, and when I look at him, he doesn't turn his head he'll just hold eye contact with me. I feel like he talks about me to his friends, which scares me a bit because I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. He has been staring at me like this for almost 2 years!

if he talks about you to his friends he likes you big time, because guys do the same thing girls do except in different wordings, they'll talk with their friends about girls who they like. if its been 2 years though then I would think he wouldve asked you out by now, he could just like the way you look. either way, I cant read minds, these are the two options, the solution, talk to him(but dont sound mean, you dont want to screw with him too much).

As a guy, this sounds like to me your dealing with a person who won't make the first move. If he is staring at you all the time, he obviously has an attraction to you. He is probably a virgin.

All I know is that he likes you period. I think that you should make the first move- seems kinda shy.
