Uhm. Your profile says that you were born in 1991. That means you’re 18. You don’t have to ASK to go anywhere if you aren’t a liar. You’re an adult and you don’t need your /daddy’s/ permission to go anywhere. If you are a liar, then tough crap. Your parents make the rules and you have to follow them until you’re an adult. If you want to appeal to him in a mature way to let you go to the store then, by all means, go for it.
