because man strives for power

Why does anarchy fail?
I think anarchy is possible if hiearchy is voluntary what I mean is if you dont want to work in hierarchy you can leave and go to workers only work places. I think anarchy will fail if businesses are unable to grow or a rich person is not able to make a...
massive company. With out the governments protections the ceos will have to obey laws or easily be brought to justice. My view redistribution is a punishment not a goal what I mean by that is only those rich who got there money through illegal ways will lose them or from abusing workers lose their money. This way the rich can still maintain a good industry to produce the needs of the people. well this is how I view how anarchy could work.
Why in your opinion does anarchy fail as a idea?
