Why do white women date black men?

I was at this function and the question was raised why do black men date white women? So I raised the question why do white women date black men?

well the answer is accually very simple white women date black men for the same reason I date black, brown, ect...

it is all pink on the inside...

people are attracted to different people. it just happens. its not bad or anything, its just natural. people like who they like

Some people don't see skin color as any sort of restriction. why not is a better question.

Personally I think skin color has NOTHING to do with love. I mean, why should it? I'm Mexican/German but you can't tell I'm German because my skins dark, and I'm dating a 100% German, and EVERYONE always talks about how it's wrong that we're going out of our race.

Of course people have preferences. I know 3 white women who will ONLY date black men. When I ask the women why, they say it's because the sex is better. When I ask the men why, they say its because... actually, no, you don't want to know what they say, lol.

I know a white guy who will only date chinese girls. I hear women say all the time, oh wow, I LOVE italian guys!

If none of you can see that the majority of people (not you of course) have preferences of color, whether it be skin, hair, height, and it doesn't always tie in to what race THEY are themselves, thats another conversation altogether... but the bottom line is, personal preference does extend to way beyond personality. It has a lot to do with appearance.

The more interesting question, though, is this. While it's very common to see a black guy with a white woman, the reverse is quite rare -- a white guy dating a black woman. Yes you see it, I'm not saying it's unheard of... you just don't see it as much. Same with white man - asian woman, much more common than white woman, asian man. Possibly a cultural thing to do with dominance... I don't know.

it makes no diference to me! I see a black guy and if hes cute yum! im white btw. same with mex and asian or even some white. syrpringsly. im white and im not too interested in white guys! they have to be really cute, handsome, or intelegent, or sweet/nice. hahaha. this one guy who I think is freaking sexy is half black half mex. then another guy is half white half mex. and another is full mex! oh! and there is this freakin sexy guy who is half black and half ... french!!! such a great cobinations! wow, lol, I know a lot of hybrids! thats what I like to call them, hybrids, because theyre special!

Because...Even though Im not against it.. sometimes black guys feel as if they dont want to deal with all the dramas of black chicks, but white girls can be the same way too.. good luck. :]

I guess its an exotic thing, I'm Hispanic and I like Asian girls as well as black girls, my ex-girlfriend, she was Hispanic, she liked European guys. I'm now dating an Asian girl, and she is dating, well... you know. Also note we had a fight about this, we both denied we are attracted to the other race... isn't life full of surprises?

Because they want to screw their lives up, I've noticed that when a white woman dates a black man the way they carry themselves and the way they talk and act is not like other regular people but, like many people feel way below average.

Usually they are fat and ugly. Those types of girls are girls that white guys would not want to date anyways. So, they will date whatever takes them. Most of them are below average looking, fat or have some kind of physical unattractiveness.

When I was in the military I saw this a lot and asked questions about it too. Some do it because they feel unwanted by white men because of their weight, some do it because they find black guys cooler than white guys. Some do it because of the myth. THEN you have the ones who just do it because they just happen to like the guy.
It has always been so weird to me when a white woman says she ONLY will date a black guy. It seems so weird to me but there are women out there like that.
