Why do people say they love someone and dont mean it

Okay my friend and her boyfriend been together for like a year and a few months like I stay out of her relationships but her boyfriend tells her he loves her then take it back like the next day but I'm dating her older brother we been together for 10...

months well it wil be 10 months wednesday but when he says he loves me he never takes them back I dont know if he says it because hes mad or just dont want to be with her and dont want to hurt her

your freinds boyfreind should be saying he loves her than saying he takes it back the next day
thats not what would happen in a normal relationship, and its not right
it could be because he doesnt actually love her, hes mad, when he gets mad he tends to hurt peoples feelings, or he just doesnt care what he says, ect
he might even just throw the word love around instead of saying it and meaning it
tell your freind that he shouldnt be doing this
because the key to a good relationship is communication
unless they broke up and he said that as an excuse
then hes definantly not worth anyones time

hes probably just takin it bakk because hes mad. guys can be so immature at times. have her ask em about it and why he does it. then see what happpens from there
