Why do i feel bad that i'm the best at softball?

Okay, I just started softball a few weeks ago, and my coach said that he thikns I'm one of the better players. Don't get me wrong, I was pretty happy. But the other day at practice the varsity coach was yelling at tv JV team that whoever works the...

hardest, gets a medium milkshake. And my coach picked me. Then him and my dad were talking, and my coach said I might be pulled up for varsity a couple times.
So my question is, why do I feel bad about this?

u probably feel bad about the other players on the team but it's not your fault. try not to feel bad you have a gift and the other people on the team have something there good at that your probably not. so don't feel bad. :]

I think you feel bad because you are a good caring person and don't like that the coaches are singling you out I would feel bad too,I think I would tell the coach if everyone tries hard they should all be rewarded with a milkshake if he don't think so then tell him to just give you an attaboy on the back and stop making you feel like an outcast.say it in front of the team if you have to then your team will know it is him not you trying to suck up that you just have a natural talent.and remember there is no I in team it takes all of you to make a team successful.

you shouldnt feel bad. obviously to be the best one on the team you must bust your *ss and try your hardest and the coaches see that. you should be saying HELL YEA I should be on varsity...you earned the spot now dont feel bad theres no reason
