Why cant i get pregnant help :(

me and my current partner have been going out with each ohter for 3 years nearlly four and have beeen trying for a baby for two.. I have been checked out for transmitted diseases ect and im all clear.. I dont seem too know what the problem is.

28 day period every month soo I know when I ovualate and nothink seems too work and it ends up in disappointment each month..
I have been to the doctors and he says my eggs are okay and there shudnt be a problem..

there is only one reason I can think of and that is one of my boyfriends testicles have a big vein going through it which I've heard can over heat and damage the sperm and also his sperm is quite thick which will make it harder too swim..

can anyone help me or give me any tips... is there anythink we can do to make his sperm thiner.. he doesnt want to go too the doctors..

Ovulation is not accurate if you go by just your cycle. My period is also 28 days and guess what? I ovulate just days after my period. Every woman is differant. I agree, go get a ovulation monitor and they also sell fertility tests at walgreens.

make sure your boyfriend doesnt masterbate too much, and both of you need to eat right, and get good exercise! even though your periods are normal, you may need to give yourself a boost! look up some herbal ferility tricks!
