Why are there so many kids having sex?

I find it very alarming!!!I was browsing through most of the questions and there's a lot about 14 ,11,13 year old girls AND BOYS talking about having unprotected sex and asking if they could get pregnant or not or whether it was safe!!! About how their...

boyfriends wouldn't like them if they didn't.SCrew your boyfriends!!! WHy are teens in that age so vulnerable.I don't understand,I was 14 too,but I wouldn't give it away to some guy because he wanted it!NOt at that age I won't!!!
It is just alarming to see more younger and younger teens engaging in sexual activities.In the most naiive and irresponsible ways!
What is wrong with this world?ARe parents responsible for this epidemic?If not then who is???Soon we will be having 7 and 8 year olds having sex?!!!

I think the lack of communication, education, and supervision is the main problem!!

it is true but I did lose it at 14 as well it is the choice of both peopel
sometimes it is peeer pressure/giving in.
but it also shows how fast you grow up in life =)

I don't even like the way the kids put the posts. Like ,''he was eating me out'' and stuff like that, it just sounds gross and painful.
They don't even see sex as a special tihng. As it is.

I agree I have 2 friends that are 14 and 15 that already have kids and my other friend is pregnant the one that is pregnant got pregnant at a party she got drunk and now she does not know who the dad is o and the 14 yr old has a 4 yr old and the 15 yr old has a 1 yr old

Most kids do not have very good role models anymore.
Plusss, have you seen what's on tv!? Parents let kids watch stuff and more than half of it is all about sex! So they think it's cool, which it is not. Like MTV, it corrupts their minds (as to why I've made a pledge to never watch it again). So if they sit around and watch that junk all of the time, then that's what they learn and think is right.

hmm , I lost it at fourteen because I thought I was ready. it`s something I really regret but what`s done is done so I try to be optimistic abt it. it depends on their personality .. because I have friends who get disgusted when someone talks abt sex and I have other friends who lost it already. stereotypes are really annoying. some people say it`s because we don`t talk to our parents or whatever , but it was our choice , and even if we do talk to our parents , if we really wanted to do it then we would`ve done it anyways. it`s not that we think it`s right , because at this age we know that`s it`s really wrong. it`s the curiosity , pressure .. basically it`s what being a teenager does to you. I mean I know ten years from now I`m going to regret everything I`ve been doing since being a teenager got to me , and I guess I`m prepared for that. but for sure after that I`ve been able to make better choices for myself and it just taught me a lesson. don`t be mad abt this , it`s just life.
