Why am i losing my hair?? im too young

No offence but I thought people who lost their hair was for old people. But lately when I take a shower I notice hair comes rite out and like everytime. A lot on my brush and its never been lk this. Even my mom was asking if I was losin my hair because...

their was a lot on the towel. Well im barely going to 17 next month and im gettin really scared because im young. What are the causes for this? How can I get it to stop?? Please help me thanks

It should be fine,
Hair grows, then it falls off and it grows again.

If it's really serious and you can see your hair thinning on your head, maybe it's the shampoo you're using.
If handful of hair comes out from the same area, see a doctor.

my hairdresser said that you loose 100 strands of hair a day
and it is the shampoo
try using headshoulders then go back to whatever shampoo you were using
