Who Can suggest a constricting Sports Bra?

I hate that questions have to start with Who, what, etc. It makes this difficult.

Either way… I’m a C (I think) and I want something that’s supportive that hopefully helps my protruding mamary glands to appear smaller and without completely killing my wallet. I need something that’s comfortable on a day-to-day basis and something that I can sleep in (I sleep in the obnoxiously uncomfortable, underwired ones that my mother buys me, so that won’t be too challenging.)

I know that the compression ones are better for making them look smaller but I also know that you need more support than that if you have larger… things. Is there a comfortable sports bra that has enough support for larger ones and enough constriction to make them look a bit smaller?

Any advice from anyone else in my situation would be appreciated. I’m 20, so I’m not just some young girl who’s insecure about bodily changes. I just don’t like that they’re SO large… and I’m quite small. They’re always in the way and I hate the way they flop around. I do not “hate” or “dislike” my body, I just dislike them in a very big way.

Reduction surgery is too expensive and invasive.

Don’t try to constrict your breasts. It’s very uncomfortable and can really hurt. Rather, try to buy bras that fit very snug and that have straps that will not slip all the time. I’m almost 16 and have a size D bra size, and I used to wear B’s to try and get rid of my boobs. It doesn’t help at all, trust me. Embrace your breasts and show them proudly!

I’m surprised to get that answer from a female.

I will not embrace them. I hate the way they feel and the way they flop around. I LOVE my shirts and they stretch all of my shirts. There’s weird cracks in the designs on my clothes, from getting stretched by them. They are big, clumsy and inconvenient. The notion that women should love them and flaunt them was invented by boob-happy men.
