if you go like on a school trip like camping or foreighn exchange and ure allowed too go around on your own could you like go on a date with someone like to a bar or to the beach

No, the school is responsible for every student is on the trip. going off by yourself or going on dates or to the beach probably isn't allowed.
Now if it is a college trip, more than likely it doesn't have supervisors.
