Hairdresser or at one of those beauty saloons to dye eyebrows?

Ok,so I already got my answer concerning dying my brows,but the one thing I forgot to ask is where do they do it? Is it at the hairdresser or at one of those beauty saloons?

Any place that dyes hair should be able to do your brows too.

ys, they should be able to do it, it shouldnt cost too much either, less that $100 for sure
probably ever around $30-$50 depending on were you go.
look around and ask different salons for the best price (also make sure they know what there doing)
