Of course, the rest of the Western world only know of Black Friday as being the occurrence of the 13th of a month being a Friday, and it isn't something that is celebrated - much like no country I know of celebrates a Blue Moon (where a full moon occurs twice in a month). Sometimes there might be sales involved, usually not. The Black Friday the day after Thanksgiving is only an American thing - as is Thanksgiving.
